The Association has as their Headquarters this year in Helen: The Country Inn and Suites: 877 Edelweiss Strasse.  Tel: (706) 878-9000.  The room rate is $85 a night plus tax for a room with two queen beds.  Be certain you mention the Pierre Chastain Family Association to receive this rate.  Cut off time is August 1st.

Helen Georgia is a perfect jewel of a Bavarian Alpine setting with many options for family entertainment as well as being the center of a myriad of Chastain history.  Events planned for the reunion include: information on local history, help with Chastain Genealogy, an informal Banquet on Saturday night.  You will want to register with the Publicity Chair for the Banquet before August 15th – the cost will be approximately $25 per person.  (Publicity info at top of page) E-mail preferred.

Membership in the Association is currently $20 per year with lifetime memberships available.  The Publicity Chair can help with this.
