Book on Weyerhaeuser Donated to Archives

A book on the history and development of the international paper company Weyerhaeuser titled Traditions Through the Trees: Weyerhaeuser’s First 100 Years was recently donated to the Local History Department.

Written by Joni Sensel, the book chronicles the employees, customers, communities, shareholders, and resources that have contributed to the origins and growth of the company.

The book contains over 200 pages of text and images some of which also include the plant located in Columbus, Mississippi as seen below.
